Refund Policy

At Vireya, we are committed to providing a supportive and accessible wellness experience for our members. This Refund Policy outlines how subscription charges, coaching services, and digital purchases are handled.
By purchasing a membership, coaching session, or digital product through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Membership Billing
All memberships, including Rooted, Grow, and Thrive plans, are billed on a recurring basis either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription selected at checkout.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Billing dates and subscription details can be viewed within your account settings.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and you will continue to have access through the remainder of your current paid billing period.
General Refund Policy
Because our memberships provide immediate access to digital resources, educational materials, community spaces, and wellness content, we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused membership time
- Failure to use the platform
- Change of mind after purchase
- Missed coaching sessions
- Downloaded or accessed digital resources
If you cancel your subscription during an active billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid term. No prorated refunds will be issued.
New Member Satisfaction Guarantee
New monthly members are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if they feel the platform is not the right fit.
Refund requests must be submitted before the end of the 7-day period and before significant use of coaching services or platform resources.
This satisfaction guarantee applies only to first-time membership purchases and does not apply to renewals, annual plans, coaching add-ons, or digital product purchases.
Annual Membership Plans
Annual memberships are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the account has not extensively used coaching services or premium resources.
After 14 days, annual memberships are non-refundable and remain active through the end of the paid annual term.
Annual memberships do not automatically receive prorated refunds for unused time after the refund window has passed.
Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions and coaching add-ons require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for completed coaching sessions or coaching services already provided.
If a coach must cancel a session, members will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or account credit when appropriate.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all downloadable products, templates, guides, journals, meal plans, educational materials, and digital resources are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
Technical Issues
If a verified technical issue on our end prevents access to paid membership content for more than 48 consecutive hours and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage members to contact our support team directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Wellness Disclaimer
Vireya provides educational resources, wellness coaching, lifestyle guidance, and community support. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, medical improvements, or personal results from participation in the platform.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice or care.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the applicable refund window and include:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Brief description of the issue

Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, billing practices, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
